Great location, comfy bed, clean room, good breakfast, amazing views. Good internet connection and stylish communal areas.

Superb Hotel! A lot of refinement and elegance : flowers, perfumes, decoration... Magic Terrace and special mention to M.SALAH, very friendly and above all very efficient in terms of service.

The portions at the restaurant are reserved for models, if you are a bit strong, you will need 2 courses! And so it's obviously a bit expensive the tomato paste dish :)

great location, a bit "dusty". room clean, already worn out. price performance does not quite fit in my opinion - but is not uncommon in venice.

The room was fine, with amazing views of the canal. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a canal room, made our honeymoon even more special. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to St Mark's Square and the water bus station. The terrace provided a great spot to take photos and soak in the beautiful surroundings. we had an amazing stay at the St Regis and would highly recommend it to others.

Everything, most beautiful hotel of my life... everything was perfect: the decoration, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, comfortable room, services... they helped me organize my wedding proposal, it was incredible!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the vaporetto stop at San Marco, providing easy access to most all of the sites in the area. The rooms are beautifully finished to a high standard, with luxurious bathrooms and exquisite views of the Grand Canal. The friendly and attentive staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and special.

The prices for some of the dishes at the hotel restaurant were quite high, considering the portion sizes.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Accommodating staff. Quiet location near San Marco Square. Old world architecture blends with new interiors. Got complimentary upgrade and special birthday surprise. Perfect location, walking distance to all sites. Complimentary coffee served in the room. Helpful staff. Clean and well maintained. Great food, especially the Tiramisu.

Beautiful room (deluxe room on the 6th and top floor without view on the canal). Room assigned upon arrival around 11am WITHOUT waiting for the 2pm stipulated at the time of the sale. Like most Venetian Palaces it is rather old-fashioned. Friendly staff. The hotel, on the occasion of my wife's birthday, offered us a bottle of proseco and a small cake delivered to our room.

The hotel restaurant - InAqua. - Refined and good quality dishes. BUT. - Poor service: The waiter overflows with champagne. - Covered in STAINLESS STEEL. - Basic glasses. Other hotel restaurants are at the top.

No facilities in the room for coffee or tea. Exorbitant price of drinks from the minibar(cf:37ml pinot insipid for 27€.)

We stayed at a hotel with an excellent central location, just a short walk from major sites and close to the gondola parking point on the Grand Canal. The room was spacious with a large bathroom, and the service from the staff was top-notch. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with options like omelettes and muesli. The hotel also had a restaurant with breathtaking views of the Grand Canal and Salute.

The front desk staff could have been friendlier.

This hotel was the highlight of my trip. the staff provided exceptional service, fulfilling all of my luxurious needs such as the exclusive amenities and in-room breakfast. the exquisite interior design and beautiful courtyard view made for a comfortable and tasteful stay.

While the public spaces and bar were great for sitting and admiring the views, there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, a minor inconvenience. this hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and design.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was perfect. The location right by the canal offered the best view in town, and it was so convenient to be within walking distance of all the main tourist spots. the breakfast at this hotel was fabulous.

The St Regis Venice provided a 5-star experience at its best. The comfortable bed and pillows ensured a relaxing stay. The staff, especially Roberta, were accommodating and professional. The location in a quiet square near San Marco Square was perfect. The hotel's old-world architecture blended seamlessly with the modern interiors. The bar area with a canal view was amazing.

Luxury was at its finest in this 5, star hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was truly soothing, while the bar and in, room breakfast service were top, notch. the staff was courteous and provided excellent service, creating an ambiance that is enjoyable.

The hotel had a great location, within walking distance to major attractions. The breakfast was delicious, especially when enjoyed outside with a view.

The room needed some maintenance, with a broken chandelier light that was not fixed and no tea or coffee facilities available. The bath was outdated and narrow, making it inconvenient for showering.
